HOUSE RULES

We are glad you are here! Please read the following house rules carefully, which are for your comfort and safety. 

1. General information

  • The policy applies to the entire Chillinn accommodation area.
  • Acceptance of the policy occurs automatically upon use of the service/accommodation.

2. Arrival and departure

  • Login: from 3:00 PM
  • Access is via smart locks at both the gate and the front door (self check-in).
  • Logout: until 10:00 a.m.
  • Late check-out is only possible upon prior arrangement and for an additional fee.

3. Wifi and Streaming service

  • WiFi and streaming service (Netflix) are available free of charge on the premises.

4. Use of the room(s)

  • Please take care of the furnishings and equipment!
  • Rearranging or moving furniture is not permitted.
  • You are financially responsible for the damage caused.

5. Smoking and fire safety

  • Indoor smoking strictly prohibited!
  • Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
  • Use of open flames (e.g. candles, grills, cooking utensils) not allowed. In case of fire, firefighters: 105.

6. Pets

  • We are unable to accommodate pets.

7. Quiet Rest / Noise Level

  • Quiet period: Between 22:00 and 07:00.
  • Please respect the peace and quiet of other guests and the neighborhood.

8. Security

  • Please close the doors and windows when you leave the room.
  • We are not responsible for your values.
  • In case of danger, call 911: 112

9. Cleaning and waste management

  • Please pay attention to cleanliness, order, and equipment.
  • When leaving, always turn off the water, electricity, air conditioning, and cover the jacuzzi. 
  • Please place waste in the designated containers.
  • Large or hazardous waste must not be left behind.

10. Advance payment and cancellation conditions

Advance payment:

A prepayment of 100% is required to finalize the reservation.

Cancellation conditions:

  • Cancellation must always be communicated to the accommodation in writing. 
  • The accommodation can be cancelled 14 days before arrival without penalty.
  • In case of cancellation within 14 days or no-show, the penalty amount is 100% of the reservation.

11. Further information

  • Use of the accommodation for other purposes is not permitted (e.g. parties, photography, commercial activities) without prior permission.
  • Guests can only be received with prior notice.
  • Please do NOT consider the objects and equipment provided by the Guesthouse (e.g. books, board games, sports equipment, towels, robes, kitchen utensils, etc.) as souvenirs, as they are the property of the Guesthouse.
  • An extra blanket, iron and ironing board are available upon request.
