Privacy changes from September 1, 2021
We would like to draw the attention of our dear Guests to the fact that, based on the amendment to Act CLVI of 2016, accommodation service providers, including CsillOUT Travel Kft., are obliged to record the guests' data specified in the law in the storage space (Guest Information Closed Database) provided by the hosting service provider designated by the Government (Hungarian Tourism Agency).
Based on the above-mentioned legislative amendments, from September 1, 2021, the data on the guest's photo ID will be recorded at our accommodations upon arrival using a document reader. Based on Government Decree 414/2015. (XII. 23.), it is the obligation of those using accommodation services to present their photo ID to the accommodation service provider on site.
The data to be recorded:
last name and first name;
birth surname and first name;
place of birth;
date of birth;
not;
nationality;
mother's birth surname and first name;
personal identification or travel document identification data;
in the case of a third-country national*, the visa or residence permit number, date and place of entry.
*third-country national: persons under Act II of 2007 on the entry and residence of third-country nationals.
The necessary condition for using the accommodation service is the presentation of an identity document, for all guests over the age of 14. The application and possession of an identity card for children is not age-related, so we ask our Guests to review the conditions for applying for and issuing identity documents on the Government Windows information page in good time before traveling.
We would like to draw the attention of our Guests to the fact that the amendment to the law obliges accommodation providers to refuse accommodation services if the necessary documents are not available or not presented.
